I’ll show you how to do that. First, go on Google docs and open a blank document. Then write something that you want, for example, I write the sentence “. I will visit you on the 22nd of Sep”,  we write this line without doing anything, but some people prefer to use superscript.

So I can show you how we do it in Google Docs, first I am highlighting the word which you want to superscript.

and then you can go “format option” click on “Format” and here you can see “Text” option click on it and then click on the Superscript option.

Now your text is changed into Superscript which you can see in the screenshot.

How To Make Subscript in Google Docs.


Now making Subscript.  You can use the same procedure for subscript the word. So write something which you want to Subscript. For example! I write a sentence ‘I take vitamin B12 supplement’ Then you select the word which you subscript so you again go to “format” click on “Text” and here you can see Subscript option and click on it. Then you can see your highlighted Text is changed in subscript
